The Free SHS Secretariat, Ashanti Region, has set up a Resolution Point at the Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) to assist parents and students with issues relating to their SHS placement.
The Resolution Point begins operations from Monday, 7 September 2026, 8:00 a.am providing an avenue for parents and students with placement concerns to seek answers and resolution.
Parents and students with placement issues are encouraged to visit the Resolution Point at Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI).
