The Education Regulatory Bodies Act, 2020 (Act 1023) provides the legal framework for key education regulatory bodies in Ghana, including the National Teaching Council (NTC), National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA), National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA), and other regulatory institutions.
