All successful newly appointed teachers from the 2026 recruitment exercise who have been posted to the Ashanti Region are required to open their Personal Folders at the Registry of the Ashanti Regional Education Office immediately.
Newly appointed teachers are required to submit copies of the following documents for their personal folders:
All newly appointed teachers are encouraged to comply promptly to facilitate the completion of their personnel records.
Please note that appointment/posting letters will be issued to newly recruited teachers by the Registry upon completion of the Personal Folder opening process.
